anyway working for the past few days lead to me meeting IRRITATING customer...scenario onea man came in and ask for non alcoholic beer... wth... so far i noe all beer got alcohol mah except root beer bah... stup sia... he still can point at baron etc and said its like that but non alcoholic... in my heart i wanted to say u can get root beer my dear customer... argh.....scenario twoa couple came in to pay hsbc credit card... the wife was very nice, frenly and all and of cos patience... BUT the husband was nabey!!! he like dun trust me handling the bill sia... as if i dunno gif receipt after his wife pay... hello?? ive work there for 4 months liao... im not dat stup ok... fuck up attitude sia... feel like throwing the receipt to him and the way he look at me as if wanna pick a fite... nabey!!! bt of cos i have to be nice... like duh... cust always rite mah... knnbccb!!!scenario threethis one is normal i guess... jus now got a malay family wanted to register sim card... as usual the registration take a long time and sometime halfway the process it may be disconnect or got prob here and there and i would like to say its CONNECTION ERROR and not human error... i remind u guys that... so as usual jus now the system cock up and this guy who is the son of the fam gave me attitude look... wtf... as if i purposely like lengthened the process... den hes like goin in and out of the shop and of cos he has to wait la cos of the connetcion and i have to entertain other cust... cant expect me to be looking at the computer screen and asking other cust to wait... wah liao... if like dat the 7 eleven shop can be like 4d shop with long queues... knn... neva use brain la... TYPICAL MALAY!!!! argh...these are just THREE scenario... hais... irritating people... nvm nvm... be patience... lols... :p

BUT the mother demand a refund cos she dunno that one of the sweet is from china... so being kpo i ask her y she dun let her son eat sweets from china... then she said "i dont let my son eat things from china. not good. my son eat thing and sweets from usa, australia..." WTF!!! i was feeling damn knn lor... BUT i dun show it bah... JUST SMILE ALL THE WAY.... fuck!!!ok dats all... haha... chaoz..
